Had sample at SN Beer Camp Philly
A-Poured deep nearly black brown with a thick brown head that settled to a film. Nice lacing.
S-Aroma of chocolate, licorice, dark fruits, sugar.
T-Taste is dark roasted coffee, plums, light licorice bitterness. The roasted malt really balances the typical tripel sweetness.
M-Mouthfeel is well balanced with medium carbonation.
O-Overall I thought it was complex and flavorful. I wouldn't call it a tripel thou.
