On tap at the brewery; served in a mini-mug as part of a flight. Pale yellow and slightly hazy in color; good lacing. Aroma is tart white grape, light citrus, grain, and fruity esters. Flavor is similar with gentle sourness that is edged by citrus and a bready sweetness. Light body, thin texture, lively carbonation, puckering tart finish.
