Our year-round kettle sour, hit with whirlpool Mosaic hops, and then tons of fresh raspberries and Mosaic hops in the tank. Ultra-refreshing!

Can pour - pretty pink and opaque, the nose isn't especially fruity, but the head is strong and there's lacing. Not a lot of fruit on the palate, but there's some bite. Finishes slightly tart.

A: The beer is very hazy purplish red in color with some hints of whitish hues. It poured with a finger high dense off white head that gradually died down but never completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of raspberries are present in the nose along with hints of mango.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has some hints of citrus from the hops. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. In some instances, some tartness from the kettle sour peeks through in the mouthfeel.
O: This is an interesting hybrid beer. While it's more of a kettle sour than an IPA the Mosaic hops lend some interesting complexities to the smell and taste.

Labelled as a sour Ipa, pours a Rosé hue from the raspberry addition. Minimal tartness, not sure if there is any funky yeast or just citric acid from the fruit, but balanced and enjoyable
