Poured from a 16-oz can into pint glass in March 2022. I did not see a brewed date on the label, but I bought this at the brewpub and drank this less about 1 week after purchase.
Appearance: Medium gold color with huge white head like other IPAs. It is a bright and has a very hazy complexion, which I could not see through. Head is very thick, and it lasts a minute time, leaving a small covering. There is a lot of lacing on the glass.
Smell: The aroma filled the room while the beer was being poured. Strong aroma of citrus, pine, and hops, as well as some sweetness like pineapple. Overall, the citrus aroma dominates the other aromas.
Taste: Sweet taste with a moderate bitter hops edge. There is also a typical hops and citrus flavor, but with some sweetness as well. This is balanced, not too bitter like most other American IPAs, and it is very well-balanced. Has a very nice after-taste that lasts a moderate time. Overall a nice balance and very drinkable.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, which makes this very drinkable. Medium-low alcohol, which matches the 6.0% listed.
This is a good and interesting IPA. It has a nice mix of citrus, grapefruit, hops, malt, and other flavors, which makes it enjoyable. I like the overall balance, and that the citrus flavors are pronounced but do not dominate the flavor. It has a moderate amount of hop bitterness, so is easier to drink than some other stronger IPAs. This would be a good IPA to drink often.
P.S. I also tried their Spitfire IPA. Spitfire is very difference with a much more earthy taste, and is not as good as their Pyramid Scheme. I look forward to drinking Pyramid Scheme again, but will probably not buy Spitfire.

I can't find a date on the can or label.
Appearance: The body is light a dull lemon-yellow color mixed with beige. It has a medium-sized head that is white and frothy with spiderweb lacing. Good retention.
Aroma: It has this spicy lemon aroma with a hint of thyme and bay leaf. It is a very impressive smelling beer.
Taste: As the beer crosses the palate it starts with a bit of citrus flavor which tastes a bit like lemonade and grapefruit juice. There is this flavor that tastes the way a hop bine smells, kind-of a hop oil character that is earthy flavor. It tastes very fresh.
Mouthfeel: It is light bodied with a crisp quality that keeps it refreshing. It has a light sharp bitterness that is about what you would get from unsweetened tea.
Overall: It's an outstanding beer. It takes on a bit of a New England IPA feel but it's a bit more crisp rather than being smooth, and it works for this beer. I will be keeping a closer eye on this brewery as this beer was highly enjoyable. I would definitely buy it again and I would recommend buying this beer.
