NO can date
Pours a light frothy 1/2 finger head with med-low retention, fair lacing, mostly clear slight hazed light pale color
Nose brings cake batter, sweet dough, some citrus and sweet orange, light floral grassy notes, a bit of cereal grain
Taste starts with a bit of spicy hop bitterness, grassy and a bit floral, light citrus and sweet orange, malt is quite light, with a touch of cereal and bread dough, getting a little cracker late, soft dry crisp finish with med-higher bitterness
Mouth is thin and a bit watery, soft lager though, med to lighter frothy carb
Overall not that great, if they just said light pilsner I'd say OK, but specifically calling it Northern German Style pilsner this is not there, the finish was good and right on, but otherwise way too light and thin, not nearly enough malt and def not enough pilsner malt, unique hop characters mixed in or some other fruity esters

Pours a lightly hazy golden straw. There's a ton of fresh cut grass/noble hop aroma. It's lime zest with a hefty backbone of freshly cooked biscuits. Refreshing and delicious.
