Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: Big, mean, and dark with no head at all. Opaque.
Smell: Strong bourbon, burnt sugar, dark malt.
Flavor: Nice and complex. Bright, almost floral bourbon and brandy barrel up front. Hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Roasted barley finish. Dark.
Feel: Thick and syrupy. Almost no carbonation, but that doesn't bother me. Warming booze on the way down.
