Crooked Run Fermentation

Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout collab with our friends at Barreled Souls, Finback, and Tripping Animals..aged in Heaven Hill barrels for nearly two years. We then toasted 50 lbs of hazelnuts and walnuts in our giant oven. The beer was conditioned on the tasted nuts, plus Ugandan, Tahitian, and Mexican vanilla and Ceylon cinnamon, before adding maple syrup.
