A: dark brown to black, with a tan head. It pours thick.
S: loads of malt, goey maple syrup, and molasses.
T: caramel cream, perhaps a hint of roast, done lighting earthy hops. Surprisingly it's not cloying.
M: thick and creamy, a slightly oily texture, with moderate to low carbonation.
O: overall I dig this one. Isn't too boozy or cloying, nice body, but not sludge. Dangerous.
