“Berliner Weisse style ale with blackberries, black currants, marshmallows, and milk sugar.”
This is delicious! Tastes like candy but not overly sweet by any means. Weirdly reminiscent of a cream ale or even stout in some ways, I think it’s the milk sugars that give it a dairy tilt. Nicely carbonated. I’m not a fan of the use of food coloring but will admit it looks nice! Like a gose or cider.
