A: Pours a nice copper colour, with a red tinge when put in the light, good two finger head. Very good looking beer.
S: Passionfruit, mango, orange peel, bit of grass but not off-putting at all
T: Juicy hops, spot on with the nose, other than there's this beautiful sticky maltiness, a bit of caramel to balance the bitterness of the hops. Had this on tap at The Kinds Head in Adelaide and it was pretty much as fresh as it gets, the freshness came through in the hop profile.
M: Sticky and moderately thick, far from syrupy like some IPA's I've had, very well done.
O: One of the best Australian IPA's I've had, has a solid malt backbone that balances the 60 IBU's very nicely, and the mouthfeel is impressive for the style.
