Show us your HOPS! We’ll show you ours!!
We’re notorious for our passion (we do love beer), but O’Fallon is also known for introducing the first locally-brewed American IPA to the Show-Me state. Now, all these years later, we’re pleased to present a modern take on the original. O’Fallon Show-Me IPA showcases the flavors and aromas of Citra and Mosaic hops. These two varieties are Big, Full and Beautiful, and combined they create a bodacious aroma of melons and citrus. The fruity notes of the hops balance perfectly with the light malt profile, making our Show-Me IPA clean, crisp and quite perky…a stand-out from the crowd. We’ve seen and we’ve tasted … and WE Love Show-Me IPA.

Very good brew! Nice mid to heavy haze with wonderful smell of mosaic hops. Very small amount of yeast from the bottle. An easy to drink IPA that is not overwhelmingly fruity. You should definitely try if you find some! Overalll a great IPA!

Had this at O’Fallon Brewery on tap. Bought it bottled , it’s better from the tap.

I've seen this beer in the store for several years, and can't believe that I haven't reviewed it yet. It is a very hazy, straw-orange colored brew with an enormous, rocky head. The aroma herbal and hoppy... fresh and aromatic. The taste is semi-dry and full of hoppy, resin-like hop character. Classic American IPA. Hop forward. Full in body. Nice.

Heavy grapefruit, slight citrus and finishes bitter hops but rolls pretty smooths after the smack.

Was very surprised with this beer mostly because of how balanced and smooth it is but even after a fall release (almost 6 months or more) it still has a bright tasty hop profile! Pick it up you will not be disappointed!

Pours a golden color with a good sized white head and some lacing. Smells of citrus and pine, the same in the taste only on a strong level. Pine and citrus stand out, strong to the point of being a little bitter. Overall a good beer.

Aroma is citrus, lemon and mild fruit/berries. The flavor is citrus, grapefruit, lemon, malts, mild fruit/berries and a dry/bitter/slight tropical fruit/resin finish.
