This is a rock solid traditional classic DIPA in the style of Dogfish 90 Minutes. Different hops for sure, but the same malt backbone and similar finish. Try it!!

Pours an effervescent amber with a thumb of pearl colored head. Above average head retention & lacing
S: Cakeyness
T: Cakeynness. dryness & a little bitterness up front. Pineyness picks up as this warms along with much cakeyness. Finishes with woody bitterness, dryness & a little cakey sweetness
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, alright balance, wish there was more of a spectrum of hop flavor
Servicable DIPA, not one I would buy again

Copper with a touch of orange highlights. There's a quarter inch of off white to tan on top. Moderate soapy lacing is present. The aroma is of citrus hops and light crackery malt. I'm tasting a sharp citrus to tangerine flavor with some oyster cracker like malt at the back of the palate. Then there's plenty more tangerine flavor. The mouth is sticky and resinous.

Good work by O'Fallon. Poured a clear, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pine, tropical fruits and toasted malt. Sweet flavors of pineapple and grapefruit with a strong roasted malt backbone.

Poured from a bottle. Smells of pine, fruit, tropical fruit and citrus. Tastes of citrus and pine and hints of tropical fruit. This beers flavors are blended perfectly. It's also very smooth and easy to drink all the way through. No big bitter hit or aftertaste. One of my favorite double ipas.
