Apparently this is only recently available in bottles.

Pours a fairly clear, dark gold with just a touch of haziness. 2-Fingers of white foam leaves a fair amount of lacing in my pint glass.

Pleasant aroma with maltiness apparent and the aroma of Cascade hops. Frankly, I expected more aroma... but it was still pretty good.

A trace of malty sweetness followed by nice hop flavor. The malt is not overrun by the hops. Pleasant bitterness on the back of the tongue and a very clean finish on the swallow.

Medium body. Nicely carbonated.

Very drinkable!

A very nice effort by a small Missouri brewer that turns out some very good beers.

Pours clear medium gold with a showy off white head that persists and laces the O'Fallon pint glass with rings to mark the desending level of the thick cap. No haze.

Batch of this is boiling in the back ground as I drink from the tap at the brewery. I am 100% certain of hop varieties as I help with the hop schedule.
Bag of Light crystal malt with 10 bags of Pale 2-row and a super clean WLP 029 German Ale/Kolsch yeast gives the Centennial and Cascade flavor hops the maximum opportunity to show off flavors. Last 41 oz addition as the boil ends kicks up the aroma.

Looking into the now empty kettle great dome of hot break accumulates as the big boil kettle gets whirpooled from the two pumps then chilled and oxygenated and sent into the fermentor.

I'm thinking of the great ones when I drink this (Victory Hop Devil, Stone IPA SN Celebration Ale, Alpha King etc.) No hop astringency just the interplay of the 2-row pale malt background sweetness and drying hoppines finishing with a classic IPA aftertaste.

Thanks to brewers: Brian and Dave for not taking any shortcuts on their beers.
