We started with a sweet milk stout base and added some oak smoked wheat malt to enhance the smoky toasted Marshmallow flavor along with debittered chocolate malt, caramel malt and lactose for a creamy chocolate bar feel. Topping it off with our signature pumpkin spice blend this is a sure “fire” pleaser this fall.

Dark brown to light black in color with minimal light penetration. There’s a fingernail of brown around the rim and covering half of the top. The aroma is of vanilla and caramel. I’m tasting vanilla and caramel. The mouth is light and easygoing.

On tap. Poured a dark, dark brown color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of chocolate, creaminess and pumpkin. Sweet chocolate, pumpkin, marshmallow and subtle spices.
