Pours a light copper color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of sweet fruit. Taste starts fruity and sweet and finishes tart. Crisp and dry.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, pinkish hue with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of blueberry, raspberry, caramel and some tart lemon. Tart berry taste with lemon and caramel flavors. Light bodied.

Poured from a bottle. Red in color with white head. Smells of blueberry and raspberry. Flavors of blueberry and raspberry are in the forefront. The fact that this is a Kölsch is lost in the fruit flavor. Refreshing and good flavor.
