On-tap @ twilight grille.
A- Cloudy golden with a generous white head and good retention.
S- C-hops, pear, pineapple, lemon zest, minty pine.
T- Leafy fresh hops, lemon, orange, earth.
M- Medium-full body with a certain level of richness. Nice bitter kick to the finish.
D- Solid. Not a bad beer at all. Showcases fresh hops in a nice fashion. I don't think you'll find it in the bottle though, so try it when you stumble upon it.

Poured on tap a nice hazy golden yellow with two fingers of bright white head. Lacing was full and sticky.
The aroma had a sulfur thing going on along with a bit oftable crackers and malts.
White saltine crackers was the first thing I thought of with this one. Nearly overpowering. Secondarily, there were kolsch-like notes from the yeast along with a light touch of fruitiness.
Lighter bodied, dry, and moderately carbonated.
A sip of saltine cracker was not what I expected with this one from O'Fallon.
