This medium-bodied ale starts with a variety of lighter colored malts and adjuncts, including pale malt and corn, adding cookie-like flavor and sweetness to the beer. Just before finishing we add cold-pressed Madagascar vanilla that ties in all the attributes of this classic cookie.

Pours an effervescent gold with fast-falling cream-colored head. Zero carbonation & head retention
S: Faint vanilla & corny notes
T: Plenty of vanilla, some creme notes along with dryness & a touch of corn up front. More vanilla sweetness/cream & some dryness once warmed up. Finishes sweet & dry
MF: Light/medium body, slight carbonation
Not a Cream Ale fan & adding vanilla doesn't help. Should've known better, a yawner

Copper colored with a hazy complexion. There’s fingernail of brown around half of the rim and covering a fifth of the top. The aroma is of faint vanilla. I’m tasting vanilla and corn, which actually pairs quite well. The mouth is light and easy drinking.

Well for a simple creme ale it's not bad especially the smell wow I can get a good dose of vanilla and cookie wafer! Taste is again very sweet cake like full of vanilla kind of boring BUT it is quite quaff able easy to drink and if you look hard enough that cookie taste is still there! Not a bad experimental nothing I would seek out again but not terrible!

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left some sudsy residue on the glass. It smelled of vanilla, cookie-like sugars and toffee. Very strong vanilla flavor and yet still pretty sweet. Kinda tasted like a vanilla wafer.
