12 oz. bottle, no bottling information. Another new season pumpkin beer from O'Fallon. As stated previously, these guys are really PUMPing them out. Get it? This one an Oktoberfest brewed with salted pumpkin seeds.
Poured to clear stemless snifter glass.
Pours a toasty burnt sienna body, half finger of doughy khaki head that doesn't stay too long, but does leave some good lacing on the glass. Appears adequately carbonated. Looks very nice.
Toasty, nutty, malt aroma - notes of brown bread, crust, some hints of brown sugar. Perhaps slightly herbal, with a dash of mineral water.
Taste follows - nice toasted brown breads, bread crust, warm nuttiness, vague hint of salt I suppose if you really dig for it. I don't taste pumpkin seed per se, but I can assume that they accentuate the warmth of the nuttiness of the malts here.
Super smooth, silky, creamy. Extremely easy-drinking stuff, reminds me why I love Oktoberfest beers.
Overall, a nicely done beer from O'Fallon. These guys have been about 50/50 with this year's pumpkin beer creations, but I'm loving the fact that they dropped so many all at once.
O'Fallon Pumpkin Seed Oktoberfest -----4/5.

Copper colored with a quarter inch of creamy beige on top. The aroma is of caramel and faint toffee. I’m tasting lightly toasted malt and toffee. The mouth is moderately carbonated and a bit busy and warm for the style.

12oz bottle. Poured out a dark amber color, with a small, khaki-colored head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of pumpkin seed, roasted malt, toffee and caramel. Interesting spiciness from the pumpkin seeds with pumpkin, toffee and toasted caramel.

Released August 2022; drank 9/17/22 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a small eggshell head; minimal lace.
Caramel, pumpkin & fresh corn notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Caramel, acorn, pumpkin seed & sea salt notes on the finish.
Interesting, but a bit too sweet.

The pour is orange colored with a fair amount of carbonation. The taste is cashew nuts, mild roast, slight salt, mild pumpkin sweetness, & baked biscuits. This was not a bad beer except I would cut back a little on the salt with that being said grab a can if you can get this one in your area. Cheers! B-
