Guest beverage on tap at the Ferguson Brewhouse.
A: Served a deep brown color with a small head and lots of lacing.
S: Aroma of pine and herbs. Some malt and nut aroma in the background.
T: Taste is of roasted malt and nut with a trace of sweetness. A piney bitterness that lasts through the finish and seems to linger a bit.
F: Medium body, quite smooth. An interesting offering that seems to be a hybrid Brown Ale with an IPA kick.
O: Decent beer, a bit too bitter to really enjoy, but worth a try.
