On tap at the brewpub, along with some very tasty pork tacos.
Arrived with a well-proportioned light brown head over an opaque, brown-black body that had ruby highlights when held to the ligt.
Black bread, coffee and chocolate in the aroma.
Lots of dark roasted malts with a substantial coffee note.
Smooth, full body with medium carbonation.
Overall: a solid coffee stout.

Appearance: Black body with light chocolate color head, served in tulip glass
Smell: Coffee and molasses notes
Taste: Creamy coffee flavor, followed by a nice light molassesy, chocolate flavor.
Mouth feel: Big body, light on carbonation
Overall: Great beer, for being 8.5% its extremely easy to drink, missing the Jitz Stout, but this is a great replacement.
