On tap at the brewpub, along with some very tasty pork tacos.
Arrived with a well-proportioned beige head over a transparent but very dark red-brown body. The head had good retention but left itte lacing,
Just yesterday /I? had Westy 12 and Rochefort 10, so my standards may be running high. I tried not to let this happen. In any case, this quad holds up well. Its inferior to these world class version in perhaps every respect, but not so far behind as to disappoint.
Smooth, medim-full body with near medium carbonation.
Overall: very good by American standards and good even by comparison to average Belgian versions.

Great Quad, little on the drier side like Straffe Hendrix.
