On-tap at Falling Rock Tap House, Denver, CO
A: The beer is crystal clear amber in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high creamy dense head that has very good retention properties.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of pale malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has flavors of pale and caramel malts with a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is also a bit of creaminess.
O: This beer was easy to drink but tasted more like an ESB than an IPA.
