A Belgian style IPA. Citrusy, with a unique taste from a combination of English, Belgian, and Brettanomyces yeasts used in the brewing process. Look for it any time during the year.

On tap at the brewpub, nonic pint glass.
A- Amber color, well carbonated. Clean and clear. Creamy white head, lots of serious lacing.
S- Citrus and pine hop aroma. A touch of yeasty funk.
T- Bready hop flavor, malty. Some sour yeast.
M- Pretty good body from carbonation and malts. Dry wheat finish. Not much bite.
O- I missed a bit of flavor and would have liked to see it look less filtered. It looked good, a touch of haze would have rocked it.

This beer is brewed with a combination of English, Belgian, and Brettanomyces yeasts, which yields an interesting flavor.
Served on tap at the brewery, this beer has an orange hue that is relatively clear with just a slightly cloudy appearance and a nice half inch of head.
The aroma has a pleasant blend of belgian yeast and citrusy hops.
Moderate hop bitterness sets off the flavor with a balance of mild malt sweetness and hop flavor.
Good level of carbonation.
Overall, this is a very good Belgian IPA that does not have an overpowering belgian yeast presence due to the blended yeast strains, which yields a much more well balanced experience for those traditional hop head IPA fans such as myself. This beer definitely worth a try for the IPA and Belgian IPA fans alike.
