Brewed primarily with Galaxy Hops, the Galactic Nova clocks in at 77 IBU’s, yet the bitterness is nicely balanced with tons of hop flavor and aroma including peaches, citrus, and tropical fruit.

Juicy, Bitter, Bold, Warming
This is one of those old school Double IPAs that is clear and brilliant; Galactic Nova is such a beautiful looking brew. It’s super juicy with a bitterness that sticks. Warming yet drinkable, smooth with a semi-chewy medium body, this is a big brew but it’s quite easy to knock back. The hop flavor just does not want to fade, from rind to pine and pith to melon. In the end it pretty much takes over my palate, but in a fun way. [Jason]

An extremely smooth east-coast style DIPA, it really does hit all the right notes. Strong citrus rush that finishes with a smooth, not bitter splash. The Galaxy hops really take over as you drink more.

Dank. Dank. Dank. Dank. Hints of grapefruit throughout. This is definitely Andromeda's bigger brother. Loads of citrus flavor and a touch of malt for balance; an excellent job by Galaxy.
