The beer pours cloudy with a rocky head. Great aroma of citrus hops followed by a clean hop bitterness flavor balanced well with residual sweetness and slight malt backbone.

Pours a very hazy light copper amber with an abundant off white head with decent retention.
Smell: Hops of pepper and sharp citrus orange and some pine nuts to accompany some good bready malts.
Taste: Dry hops and malts that have a tart citrus orange/lemon flavor. Slightly sour after taste
The dryness, citrus notes and malts stay from up front start through the finish.

Poured into a snifter
A: Clear golden amber. Not much head. Light lacing.
S: Picking up grapefruit and citrus.
T: Follows nose with a light hop/malt combo. Kinda watery. Still could be sessionable
M: Light to medium with medium carbonation.
O: Not as impressed as I hoped I would be. Perhaps a Batch #9 would pep up the blahs from this non-commital brew.
