Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aromatic and balanced beer. The base of the beer is formed by a relatively simple combination of the basic and caramelised malts. This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

Poured from 330mL can into a kitchen glass. Best by 1/27/26.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: caramelly, grainy malt aroma, with a moderate-to-high sweetness. Hops are earthy with a bit of citrus peel character. A very classic pale ale profile; I dig it.
Taste: sweetish malt with a some caramel and biscuit flavor, and a hop profile that's more floral than the aroma. Also pretty classic, and not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a perfectly cromulent pale ale. Nothing too exceptional, but pretty good.

330 ml can, from the Norwegian importer, as Bevog Tak Pale Ale. ABV is 5.5%, 35 IBU. Orange colour, small head, slightly off-white. Sweetish aroma of orange marmalade, caramel and fruity and piney hops. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, some caramel, with fairly distinct resinous hops.

Orange-amber colour with a slight cloudiness. The colour looks juicy. White foam, high, incredibly persistent.
Aroma fresh, fruity. There's citrus, lots of zest, it's delicious.
Taste similarly, very refreshing and light, there is a lot of citrus with some sweetness and sour notes, further grapefruit zest and the whole is closed by a bitterness with a grapefruit character. This one is quite long. It remains in the aftertaste as does the fruitiness.
Saturation high to medium. Medium fullness, fit. The liquid texture is a little rough.

330ml Can from Beer 52:
Dark golden to amber with a foamy white head that settles about 1cm tall. It's lively & fresh on the nose nose, sharp too with some floral touches & background sweet malts. The taste is somewhat sweet too with more grassy hops & pale malts showing & it's lively again with a smooth feel that is relatively well-carbonated but nothing out of the ordinary in truth.

Pours a medium amber coloration with a dense, medium head. Smells of citrus fruit, mainly grapefruit, with a hint of tropical fruit, biscuity malt and pine. Taste follows the nose, with a hop-forward, citrus and pine taste backed up by slight biscuity malt notes, followed by a medium bitterness. This is your standard citrus/pine Pale Ale, but a pretty solid one. Nothing special, but pretty nice.
