Appearance -
Pours a thick, fluffy, 3 finger head. Golden straw colour. Unfiltered and hazy. Plenty of effervescence. Leaves plenty of lacing.

Smell -
Passionfruit, paw paw, pineapple, nectarines, mango, lots of hop resin, raisins, mint, and a sweet buttery malt. Quite like a tropical cocktail.

Taste -
Starts with tangy citrus, has a buttery malt body and finishes on the hoppy side. Strong leaf and mint flavours. All the tropical fruit flavours evident on the nose come out in the aftertaste. Big flavour, balanced and refreshing, and the mint notes provide a uniqueness.

Mouthfeel -
Medium body, but not syrupy. A bit of foam when chewed, with lively and prickly fizz. Clean and cool on the way down, but the fizz limits how quickly you can drink this one.

Overall -
For lovers of mint, as the experimental hops offer an unusual flavour and plenty of it. Good drinkability, despite being a bit on the fizzy side.
