Bevog Zo is a playful and vibrant Session IPA, which has a distinctive tropical and citrus character with grapefruit, passion fruit, stone fruits and lime notes. The soft malt backbone combined with oatmeal gives it a finely balanced body. Huge amounts of very fruity American and Australian hops, added through the process of brewing and maturating, turn this beer into a magnificent hop party with amazingly balanced hop bitterness and all that packed into a slim alcohol level.. It is a beer for every day, at any time...

Copenhagen 8/1 2020. 33 cl can from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Drawing of weird reptilian sea serpent on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is quite intense for a session beer and mainly of citrus fruit with a lighter sweet undertone. Light odor of peach and pineapple. Grape fruit and citrus.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and fizzy texture.
Flavor is very much on the thin side. Light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and lightly bitter. Lingers shortly.
Good nose but pretty thin and fizzy. A grave mistake to drink this in january. Would be so much better in june or july.

January 2018: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger, as Bevog Zo Session IPA. Golden color, white head. Aroma of pine and spruce, hints of citrus. The flavour is citrussy and piney, with a good bitterness and decent body for its low strength.

Light golden colour, slightly hazy.White, high and persistent foam. It nicely clings to the glass, but there is no typical lacing.
Fresh fruity aroma, citrus rules. It is refreshing, light and welcoming.
The taste is a copy of the aroma. Fruity notes, very intense, citrusy. Again, it is light, fresh and refreshing.
Saturation is high, quickly saturates but surprisingly does not get in the way and even somewhat masks the lack of body. The beer is nevertheless not watery. The liquid is smooth and soft.

Can. Misty urine in colour. Thick, frothy white head.
Mild aroma of American hops. Some eraser present.
Citrus and grain in flavour. Meadow grass is apparent.
Zingy carbonation. Low/mid body.
Labelled as AIPA closer to APA. Easy drinker.

Clear light golden color with slightly off-white head. Aroma has mostly grassy and citrusy hops with a clean malt undertone. Taste is also citrusy, mostly lemony, with some crisp wheat notes and a light earthy bitterness on the finish. Light body with crisp carbonation. A really nice, easy drinking session ale.
