September 2018: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy pink colour, large off-white pinkish head. Strong aroma of rhubarb and ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also lactic acid. Moderately sour flavour, with notes of rhubarb and raspberries. Minimal hops. Refreshing.

Can. Cloudy ruby/pink. Quickly diminishing head.
Fruity aroma. Mainly raspberry. Indications of the rhubarb present.
Taste as per smell. Mildly sour with the rhubarb adding some tart flavour.
