Didn’t quite know that a Helles can be this smooth. Very finely carbonated, although this is not what I remember from Hell(es)es…
Wasn’t extremely hoppy or anything, I’d say was okay but I somehow during the middle it started to get slightly weaker/watery, nevertheless not lessening the quality of it.
I’ve always felt that when craft breweries give regular beers a try it will end up strange, well this one is slightly borderline, still quite okay and preserves its Helles-like nature - just feels a little too classy, maybe.
