Review from notes. Thanks to Dash and Sara for this gift from St. Jacobs. Served into a pint glass.
Appearance - Bright, mostly clear golden colored brew. Two plus fingers of long lived white head rest on top. SOme spidery lacing is left behind as well.
Smell - Light subtle fruity notes with a touch of earthy hops. Think apple skin, faint grape must, powdery yeast and most of all bread.
Taste - Pretty much the same as the nose, light fruity flavors, yeasty and bread most of all.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, bone dry finish and crisp carbonation throughout.
Overall - Very solid Belgian table beer, well worth a try if you get a chance.

I added this beer on March 1st 2018. This beer is absolutely delicious. The only problem is that I can’t define the style for this website. The bottle doesn’t specify and the website says Belgian Trappist ale.
