Pale, dry, and crispy. Light floral and hay aroma, medium bodied, with a light sweet malt flavour and dry finish.

Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger fine white head on a hazy yellow. The head soon diminished to a thin layer.
Some citrus and mild sulphur in the nose. Tastes of sweet malts. Some citrus pith. A mildly bitter finish.
A medium body and carbonation.

Fresh Growler from the brewery; Pours a lightly hazed gold with a smallish 1 finger cap....grassy smell, sweet grains and a little sulfur funk from lager yeast....Taste is mild maltiness with a peppery mouth, balanced by sharp hopping that builds in the clean dry finish...light metallic hop after taste....quenching tastey light patio lager...a rendition of a helles ewhich is unique enough to warrant another growler.
