Can and on tap at the brewery...pours a pale straw color with a puffy 2 finger white cap...wet hay, rice, herbal hops in the aroma...light and spritzy on the palate, dry character, ...flavorful is delicate, light maltiness and boiled jasmine rice discernment with enough hopping to balance...dry crisp clean finish with a light biscuit snap at the end...I gotta say, Dry adjunct lager is NOT my favorite style, but I really enjoyed this beer...fresh, dry, crisp and massive quenching quality
