So this is a single-hopped pale ale. And the only hop used is...citra! Woohoo!
Brownish amber off the pour and quite cloudy. White head. Pretty decent lacing. Flavor is nice. The somewhat "bright" character also mildly earthy tone. I had Green Giant from East End recently (citra heavy brew) and was very disappointed. This is what Green Giant should have been. Props to Shubrew for outdoing East End.
