I really, really like this; but I want to LOVE it. It has so much potential. I love strong, dark, complex high ABV stouts and I love heat and spice. I would say that if the heat was doubled it would be a plus. It’s like when you order the inferno wings at a restaurant and the burn is as much as like the mild chili garlic. As far as the stout, packing a bigger punch in the name of rich, chocolate malt and raising the alcohol punch would also help. All in all this was expensive and a hard find. I want to make it a lifelong staple, but won’t until it improves on one or both of these flavor paths.
