Bottle: Poured a hazy copper color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry cereal notes with loads of tannin and vinous notes. Taste is also a mix of intense vinous notes with quite a bit of tannin and some dry cereal notes with a somewhat weird grainy finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not sure that the pairing of the wine barrels and the base beer was the best idea.
