Really not much to look at, c!ear lemony yellow, no head or lace. Very active carbonation. Fruity and sour on the nose, interesting. Some greasiness, lemon and spice. Lively on the tongue, but not aggressive. Lemony tart, dryness on the finish. Quite approachable, a little off the beaten track, but a decent gose. A nice effort, worth a try.

473ml can - so glad I waited for the cans to make it out here, instead of paying for an expensive 'pint' at the bar.
This beer pours a slightly hazy, pale golden yellow colour, with a teeming tower of puffy, finely foamy, and somewhat creamy off-white head, which leaves some cannonball dive splash aftermath lace around the glass as it quickly beats in outta town.
It smells of grainy and crackery pale malt, a lesser edgy wheatiness, earthy coriander and white pepper spice, white saltines, some tart pome and citrus fruitiness, and a gently acerbic yeasty essence. The taste is gritty and grainy pale malt, banana and apple fruit chips, seawater, muddled semi-sweet spice, a still nice and laid-back yeastiness, and some waning lemon-fronted citrus esters.
The carbonation is rather active in its mouth-filling and indulgent frothiness, the body a so-so medium weight, and mostly smooth, just a wee spicy astringency taking the sheen off of things here. It finishes off-dry, the malt and (hop-borne?) fruitiness keeping the dream alive.
Overall, this appears to be a very easy-going and easy drinking version of the style, as neither the salt nor the tart fruitiness really arrives on the scene to attack my palate. No biggie, as I've actually had quite enough of that sort of thing lately. Tasty, and worth checking out.

Finally!! A local gose (Hamilton ON Canada). Had a few small samplers off the tap at the brewery. Of course it was as fresh as possible being there. It was a fine beer!!!

Appearance - Pours a cloudy straw with a finger of bubbly white head.
Smell - tart fruit aromas, saltiness, yeasty, and bready malts, lemon, and hint of coriander.
Taste - Lemon tartness followed by the saltiness. The bready malts and yeast characteristics follow suit while the hint of coriander is lost in translation.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes dry with a lingering saltiness and tartness from the lemon.
Overall - A gose that displays the saltiness and lemon tartness well. I feel as though something is missing to make this a standout in terms of the style.

Purchased at the brewery for $3.45 473ml can. Served at 9deg C in a draught glass
A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that is gone is seconds. Light gold colour and filtered clear
S- Nice airy light scent.
T- Fruity and sweet. Has a bit too much sweetness for my liking though.
M- Very carbonated. Dry at the end
O- Nice brew. Good to try but only one. Not very complex at all
Food Pairing
This nice light brew went well with....... Pad Thai. The peanuts and fish sauce liven this brew right up
Enjoy
