Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 10, 2019. California knows how to party, and Alvarado Street Brewery knows how to make a super flavourful Double IPA. A delicious beer in the classic West Coast style. Dry hopping at a rate of 18g/l with Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic give huge tropical fruit notes and a fresh berry character.
