IPA No. 14 is a massive ripe tropical fruit and citrus bomb, with distinct grapefruit and lime notes. The delicious hop palate in this double IPA was achieved by using a combination of Idaho 7, Citra, and Motueka, some of the most quality and fun hops around, dry hopped at a whopping 20g/l!

16oz can, wine glass, looks like canned 10/13/20.
Moderate haze, light is still visible, with a small white head with little retention.
Big fresh, juicy pineapple notes and general tropical fruit. The strength of the aroma is impressive for a beer canned six months ago. There’s alcohol coming through already, only minutes after pouring.
A veritable fruit basket of pineapple, kiwi, orange peel, and tropical gummy candy. The finish is bitter alcohol.
Medium-low carbonation and soft body. I think more carbonation would make the flavors pop even more.
I’m reviewing this as a NEIPA, which is clearly is, even though it’s listed as an American IPA.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy amber with color with a nicely sized head that slowly reduces as you watch. In the nose, citrus and pineapple. In the mouth, it is strongy citrus, a nice malt finish.

Pours a very hazy orange golden color with a very generous head and lacing.
Aroma has abundant citrus and hop hints.
The taste follows the nose with generous citrus and hop flavors
A medium bodied decently carbonated beer.
A good NEIPA

Nice hazy medium golden brew with a decent sized white head. Mostly citra OJ type nose on this beer with some pineapple mixed in is also nice. The flavor is where is beer misses. Not enough juice from the hops, stone fruit prominent, but the flavor is sweet with an oat finish? that is a bit sticky. Not much bitterness on this one. Moderate carbonation and a medium thin feel round out this ok beer. EDIT. By the end of this beer I was liking it a bit more.

It's been very hard to import any craft beers into the UK since the covid crisis.
Luckily I managed to get some Canadian beers for Christmas.
I've had this one in my fridge for a couple of months so it's very cold.
This beer is absolutely beautiful. It's got everything right. The recipe, balance, hops, flavours are all in unison.
I particularly like this style of beer. It drinks well and below its gravity. A bitter aaftertaste is always welcome with me.
I would love to try more beers from this brewery but its not going to be easy to import them.
Highly recommended.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some floral hops undertones. Taste is also a mix of floral hops undertones with some citrusy notes with light residual sugar notes and dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not as good as some of the other ones in this series.

7.1% IPA (?DIPA - nah).
Pours a pale milky yellow with finger of foamy white head.
Aroma is straight up Five Alive fruit drink - pineapple and citrus, touch of mango - as warmed added a hint of sweaty on the nose.
Taste starts with gritty malt on sweet tropical fruit - orange, pineapple - then hits with an unsweetened grapefruit bitter bite at the back. A little bit of dank sweatiness.
Medium mouthfeel with moderate at best carbonation - relatively smooth with just a peek of that hazy hop burn lingering on the palate.
Very good - though not distinctly different than a lot of hazy IPAs.

Poured from a 16oz can dated 10/13/20 to Nonic at fridge temp.
Hazy orange body below a frothy white head that laces well.
Dank aroma of dry leaves and hint of orange/lemon/pineapple.
Taste is musty with tones of over-ripe mango and really... nutmeg???.
Mouthfeel is medium with some coating sensation.
Overall, okay.

I have quite enjoyed the great majority of this series so far. In fact, I'd go so far as to say this might be one of my favorite rotating hop combo IPA series that I can think of off the top of my head, and a lot of the combinations they choose are enjoyable, complex, and rather novel. This one features Citra, Idaho 7, and Motueka, which sounds like a pretty cool mélange and a mingling of the older and newer worlds of hops.
First thing's first: this isn't a double IPA! 7.1% is too weak to be a DIPA, and that's an immediate strike against this beer. Marketing will not save you. Anyway, with that out of the way, the pour here is definitely decent. A hazy yellow-gold color with only a smidge of light penetration if held directly to light. It tumbles out of the can with a decently-sized head of two fingers of bone-white foam which quickly sinks down to about a half-finger, leaving behind pretty consistent thin lace as it does so. Moderate legs and light surface coverage. Not one of the best pours, but it's good enough for me.
I get a ton of pine, spruce, florals, and resin on the nose immediately, with some following notes of spice, grassiness, pomelo, kiwi, and key lime. Definitely a multifaceted smell, but the initial blast of coniferous trees that I get rivals a lot of the piniest beers I've ever had the pleasure of imbibing. As it warms, the Idaho 7 comes out a bit more, showing off a hint of orchard and pit fruit with some light tannic/black tea-like elements providing for an intriguing layer.
Very crackery flavor with a light and snappy main mouthfeel... I'd be surprised if this didn't utilize a ton of pilsner malt (and maybe some oats/wheat for protein/haze). Super hoppy and saturated, but the main thrust of it seems to be Motueka, interestingly enough. It has that Saaz spice and floral element to it that feels like a lot of what this seems to focus on. Citra is almost amusingly downplayed, at least to my tastebuds... sure, I guess if I try really hard, I can pick up some pineapple, grapefruit, and even a hint of passion fruit and maybe even lychee, but this really seems focused on the other two hops to me. It's a weird entry into this series, in my opinion. I don't think it's as generic as a lot of the other current reviews seem to put it off as being (and that's not a slight against those reviewers at all, it's just something I noticed when reading other opinions on this one), and I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to see what it's like when Motueka takes control. Not my favorite in this long-running series, but it's good enough.

Pours milky straw with a compact, smallish head. Plenty of lace drapes the glass on the way down. The aroma is replete with tropical, citrusy, lime notes, with a light malt accompaniment. Huge wall of juicy, resinous tropical hops in the first sip. Loads of mango, pineapple, grapefruit, lime. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation. High bitterness and tons of residual tropical notes in the everlasting finish.
Another awesome IPA for Collective Arts. The hop profile is tropical as is standard these days, but different. Lots of lime emphasis. A must try for anyone who likes them hoppy.
