Pours a muddy brownish golden colour with a finger of bubbly, frothy white head. Visually would be better to drink from the bottle.
The aroma is much more appealing than the appearance - citrus hops - grapefruit, tropical and notes of peach.
Taste follows with pithy citrus - grapefruit, orange, and again a peach flavour on a pleasant earthy hop bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel on moderate carbonation with a clean slightly dry finish.

500 ml bottle from the brewery. Presumed fresh (tasted fresh enough). No bottling date.
Appearance - Hazy ruddy golden and copper colored beer with a finger and a half of brilliant white and long lasting heading. Huge amounts of lacing cling to the edges of the glass.
Smell - Subdued but with some tropical aromas, mostly orange and grapefruit with a little pineapple in there.
Taste - Much like the nose, grapefruit and orange, with lots of pith but there is a brief mango moment early in the sip. Finishes extremely bitter with grapefruit.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied with lots of carbonation, semi-dry finish with a mouth puckering astringency aided by the the flavour profile.
Overall - Another good but maybe not great IPA from CA, part of it might be with all the great brews they pump out, some do get lost in the shuffle. Higher Fidelity might be one of those. Better upon second review.
