500 ml bottle from the brewery. Nelson, Citra and Azacca hops.
Appearance - Hazy pale peach colored brew with lots of effervescence. Two brilliant fingers of white head rest on top.
Smell - Subdued nose, floral notes with some orange and papaya maybe. Grapefruit mixed in.
Taste - Moderate bitterness, some citrus, a little grape, orange and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel - Low carbonation, like really low carbonation. Light body and dry finish. Unusual feel. With this hop combo, think that a standard feel would've yielded better results.
Overall - Walked away disappointed in this one. It was fine and serviceable, but given the heftier price tag, the hop combo, just expected this to really pop, which it didn't. Wondering if there are COVID aftereffects, so will save the other bottle for a week or two to see if it improves.

Finally got to this one, as it sat patiently in my fridge. The pour is pale and the head is holding steady for a while. The nose shines of the Nelson Sauvin hops. This combo of hops has been relatively popular recently, though I would have replaced the Azacca with something less citrusy for a better balance. Still good though, but the body is quite bit thin.

Struggling to make one or two new hoppy beers a week to bring in the sales, this one emphasizes body. Interesting experiment in uncommon hops, but off-favour from sour finish.
