500 ml bottle from the brewery. Small batch collaboration made with Nectaron hops and extract.
Appearance - Mostly clear, yellow brew with a slight bit of haze and a finger of white head. Small soapy collar lingers at the head recedes. Modest visible carbonation.
Smell - Tropical aromas. Nectarine most prevalent with some passionfruit and a touch of grapefruit. Dank undertones.
Taste - Light citrus flavor. Fairly sweet with juicy nectarine. Lots of wheat and grainy qualities going on in the background. Finishes assertively with nectarine for a second time. Flavor intensity is however on the lower end for a full 7.0% ABV IPA.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied carbonation is light and a sort of watery finish.
Overall - Flavor is good and everything seems there, just wish the aromas and flavor had a little more intensity and staying power. Nonetheless a tasty tipple.
