Brewery purchase. Canning date of August 20, 2024. Served cool into a tulip.
Appearance - Pale golden straw in color with a two finger plus head on it. Plenty of haze and good retention.
Smell - weeds and blackberries, fairly intense and inviting.
Taste - Blackberries and leafy greens, low bitterness. Herbal in nature as well. A bit of cough syrup mixed with English tea.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with expressive carbonation, easy enough to drink.
Overall - Unique and interesting beer, not one I'd choose again as the blackberry with leafy greens just isn't my vibe, especially not for an IPA. But worth a try while the limited stock is around.
