See what I said about the other half of their West Coast duo. On tap at Toronto location. Gets away from NEIPA but astringent and undrinkable. Go back East my son.

473ml can served cold into a pint glass. Brewery purchase. Canned August 15, 2025. Columbus Cryo Dip Hop, Chinook, Simcoe and Simcoe Hyperboost.
Appearance - Semi clear, light golden color with three plus fingers of frothy white head. Great retention and huge swaths of curtain lacing remain behind.
Smell - Indiscriminate and intense citrus, passionfruit mango and peach blend. Good intensity.
Taste - Mango and passionfruit again with some pineapple thrown in. Overripe versions of these fruits. Fairly bitter too on the back end but that is a bit disassociated from the fruitiness.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, modest carbonation and semi-dry finish. A bit harsher on the palate than many.
Overall - Solid IPA that is a bit rough around the edges. Intense but not the most cohesive brew.
