473ml can served cold into a pint glass. Canned September 12, 2025. Nelson Sauvin, Late Harvest Moteuka, Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief and Moteuka Hop Kief. Purchased from the brewery.
Appearance - Pale golden straw colored brew with some range and whitish highlights. Two plus fingers of generous and frothy white head are poured. Great retention.
Smell - Fresh citrus, hints of pineapple, grapes, grape must, a medley of other citrus. Big intensity on the aromatics.
Taste - Lots of grape some citrus, hints of pineapple and passionfruit. Medium bitterness and stays. Finishes earthy.
Mouthfeel - Soft and supple medium-low carbonation and drying finish.
Overall - Pretty exceptional IPA, would love to see this come into some sort of regular or at least seasonal rotation.
