473ml can served cold into an oversized wine glass. Brewery purchase and canned September 12, 2025.
Appearance - Pale golden straw color with some gold highlights. An aggressive pour yielded two plus fingers of foamy white head. Plenty of haze.
Smell - Faint citrus aroma with some earthiness. Not subdued but not terribly robust either.
Taste - Medium bitterness with some earthiness. Light citrus sprinkled in. A bit minerally and at times almost metallic.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, modest carbonation and a fully fizzy finish.
Overall - Decent enough APA, but there's nothing here drawing me back for more, especially with a lineup already stacked full of high quality IPA's and APA's.
