Brace for impact with Ruby Striker, a vibrant, citrus explosion led by ruby red grapefruit. Packing a striking 8.0% ABV, this New England-style Double IPA delivers a juicy, tangy fusion of grapefruit and bright citrus. Pouring hazy with a pillowy mouthfeel, its lively profile showcases layers of orange peel, tropical fruit and soft yet expressive hop bitterness. Juicy, aromatic and refreshingly bold, every sip of Ruby Striker is a jolt of grapefruit-charged goodness.

Single can from the Hamilton taproom after having on tap there. Packaged January 19, 2026. IPA No. 32? I have apparently missed a few along the way….
Pours a densely hazy pinkish tinged yellow golden with a finger of tawny coloured off white head.
The nose is straight up grapefruit - pink grapefruit from my childhood - I swear I could be holding that serrated spoon at the table in the kitchen of my youth.
Juicy sweetened pink grapefruit on the palate - juicy (and honestly better than my memories from childhood) - some grapefruit peel bitterness but the sweetness dominates.
Medium full mouthfeel with bright carbonation - sweet with pink grapefruit lingering into a slightly dry finish.
This reminds me that every once in a while a hazy can be simply outstanding and also cheating by pulling sensory memories from the past is totally ok!

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From The Roundhouse Centre LCBO on Howard Ave. in nearby Windsor. Canned December 3/25. My 26th beer from the Hamilton, Ontario brewery, and 11th for 2026. Delicious. With Sundae the cat's permission, and love, of course...

473ml can served cold into a pint glass. Brewery purchase. IPA No. 32.

Appearance - Peach colored brew with plenty of haziness and a finger plus of long lived off white head.

Smell - Loads of grapefruit with a good intense aroma.

Taste - Intense grapefruit through and through. A splash of other citrus mingled in, but grapefruit is the first second and third star.

Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, ABV well disguised, juicy at first then with a drying finish.

Overall - A well brewed grapefruit forward IPA.

and other Cambridge trial tap, to bingo the list. Understated DIPA, the hops are there and there is balance as it was not too palate erasing. Suggest others try it.
