Tis the season to let your creativity run wild! This seasonal sour blends warm Fijan ginger with tart, floral hibiscus to deliver a bold 6.0% ABV brew that’s equal parts sour and sweet. Creative? We think so. Delicious? Absolutely.

473ml can served cold into a pint glass. Canned December 4, 2025. Brewery purchase.
Appearance - Bright pink in appearance with two plus fingers of loose and foamy whitish-pink head. Short staying power. Fairly hazy beer.
Smell - Lots of ginger and some general tartness and some muddled wheaty aromas. Ginger the star.
Taste - Some fruity elements, floral, hibiscus and a lot less ginger up front than expected. Ginger slides in and dominates the second half though.
Mouthfeel - Light carbonation, medium bodied with that prickly gingery aspect to close.
Overall - Interesting and well brewed sour ale with the ginger being pretty balanced and the hibiscus adding some nice depth.
