Purchased this beer over a year ago and left it in my refrigerator. According to the label, it was blended with Ecuadorian Cocoa with Grade A Maple Syrup to compliment a well-balanced Porter. I drank it with my meal of burritos and it complimented it very well. I could taste the cocoa and maple but it wasn't that sweet. One of the better porters I have had. Unfortunately, I just read it was a limited release. Bummer, wish I had bought more!

Pours a finger of tan head on a black body.
The aroma is roasted malt and chocolate. Nice.
The taste has nice dark chocolate bitterness and a little coffee flavor too.
The texture is crisp with a medium body.
It's a nice, not over powering, porter.
