Pours a thin head on a clear medium straw colored body.
The aroma is a bright lemon, ripe grapefruit and a little honey smell.
The taste starts with a metallic bitter note, tends towards some sweetness, then finishes on dry bitter.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
Nice job getting some solid bitter flavor into a fairly low ABV beer.
